Midwest Energy Efficiency Alliance
Kit White is the Manager of Legislative & Regulatory Affairs, at MEEA where she also serves as the Illinois state lead on MEEA’s Policy Team. She’s an energy efficiency advocate and policy specialist. In her role, she conducts research, develops fact sheets, policy memos, testimony, public comments, and white papers. Kit educates legislators and regulators about the benefits of energy efficiency. Within the ICJC, Kit leads the Business Table and Co-Chairs the Energy Efficiency Subcommittee.
Prior to joining MEEA, Kit held positions in workforce development policy, resource development, and was a practicing litigation attorney early in her career. She lives in the Lakeview neighborhood of Chicago with her husband and two young children.
