Darnell Tingle is a faith leader, community organizer, and public policy strategist serving as Executive Director of United Congregations of Metro East (UCM). He is leading UCM’s evolution into a powerful regional force for community-led change, advancing environmental justice, economic opportunity, civic engagement, and equitable development across the Metro East. An ordained pastor with graduate training in public policy and theology, Darnell is committed to building lasting power in communities most impacted by systemic inequity.
