“We are proud to stand with the Illinois Legislative Black Caucus as they work to address systemic racism and historic inequities in our state through meaningful reforms to criminal justice, education, health care, and more. We remain committed to tearing down the barriers to job training, driving economic investment, and creating opportunities to build generational wealth for Black, Indigenous and People of Color who have been left out for too long.
